Have you noticed the outdoor fitness circuit that was installed at Seaway Park at the end of last year? It consists of several stations that offer exercises to suit your fitness goals and the level of intensity you want.
Interested in learning how to use them properly? Then come to one of the two introductory sessions (6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.) that will be given on Tuesday, June 19 at Seaway Park by the trainer Margaret Britton.
